1. Introduction & Acceptance
By using the Shuhnati platform (the website, and the app once launched) you expressly agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the platform.
2. Nature of the Service
Shuhnati is a digital platform for organizing and managing the land freight process and connecting its parties (shipment owners, transport service providers, drivers, importers, customs brokers, and recipients). Shuhnati is not a transport company or a carrier, and does not perform the actual transport itself; transport is carried out by the transport service provider linked to the trip, per the terms and procedures agreed between the parties.
3. User Accounts
Once the account system is available, each user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, for the confidentiality of their login credentials, and for any activity carried out through their account.
4. Transport Requests & Offers
The platform allows a shipment owner to create transport requests and receive offers from registered service providers. Responsibility for the final agreement on transport terms (price, schedule, cargo condition, insurance if any) remains directly between the shipment owner and the service provider. Shuhnati does not guarantee the quality or commitment of any party registered on the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All visual and textual elements and logos belonging to the Shuhnati platform are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Shuhnati is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from dealings between shipment parties, including transport delays, cargo damage, or payment disputes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Changes to These Terms
Shuhnati may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Yemen.
